A. proposal of production line
1. This production line includes decoiler, roll-forming, punching, curving, cutting and stacking as an automatic producing process, requiring 1 worker.
2. Transmission of roll-former is chain wall plate.
3. Curving is after roll-forming, then cutting. The curving machine can curve two-direction; the curving radius is adjusted manually.
4. The puncher is hydraulic punching, the computer control it optically.
5. The curver can be part of the roll former and stand alone, if stand alone, it will be have its own hydraulics and power source and equipped with one set of flat collection table and curve collection table.
6. The curve can be tighter than 2m. The min value is 1.5m.
7. The lip rolled before the guillotine so the guillotine must be able to cut the normal corrie profile and the corrie profile with the lip and the same as the curve, to curve the normal corrie profile and the corrie profile with the lip. (See the detail drawings.)
8. Total power of this production line:
main roll-former: 15KW Brake Motor (refer to the final machine)
Curving System: 2.2KW (refer to the final machine)
hydraulic system: 7.5KW (including the cutting) (refer to the final machine).
9. The dimension is 12m(L)*1.5m(W)*1.3m (H), 1.3m height includes the cutting, if without cutting, the machine height will be 1m or as per customer request.

E. main configuration and technical proposal
(a) passive decoiler 10T
During normal processing, the decoiler works passively.
The capacity of this decoiler is around 10T, the width of coil is 900mm.
(b) Level system: Five-roller leveler.
1. The construction of roll-former: wall frame.
2. Transmission way: motor-chain drive-chain -main shaft
3. Roll-forming station: 18 stations
(d) hydraulic puncher
1. The hydraulic puncher consists of gantry (gantry consists of upper and down board, and post), punching die, hydraulic oil cylinder and etc.
2. This puncher design is punch die, the computer control it optically, each station equipped with two hydro-cylinders, the middle punch die installed with gear and rack.
3. Demould way is combining polyurethane soft demould and hard press die together.
4. In order to install and exchange punching die easily, here we use construction in ball-lock style.
(e) curving machine
1. The construction is three-roller and horizontal type.
2. This curving machine curves continuously following the roll-former, this can avoid the straight ends of panel, and besides, panel can be feed in and curved manually.
3. the minimum radius of curving arch is R1.5m, the radius can be adjusted.(Based on the specific drawings.)

(f) hydraulic cutter for corrugation panel
This cutter consists of shear, angel adjustment system, system for adjusting higher or lower and backward or forward.
1. The stacker can be moved crosswise manually, in order to stack at two stations
2. Usual run-out and stack process will not interfere swinging finished products.
3. When the height of stacked finished products has reached 200-300mm, the stacked products will be move aside to be packed and swinged, another station will continue stacking.
